Position Summary

The Clinic Nurse will provide and coordinate delivery of clinical resources to assure safe, high quality patient care and ensure continuity of care. This will be accomplished through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, focused on providing exceptional care and making a meaningful impact in the community.
