Atlantic Sports & Rehabilitation, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Clinic Director / Physical Therapist to lead our clinic in Charlottesville, Virginia. At Atlantic Sports & Rehabilitation, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. Our clinics are known for treating orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, balance, vestibular, and musculoskeletal conditions while building meaningful relationships with patients and referral partners throughout the community. As Clinic Director, you'll have the opportunity to maintain an active caseload while helping drive clinic success, supporting clinicians, and fostering a culture focused on outstanding patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Your Role:
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for the clinic.
  • Mentor and support therapists and staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral sources, patients, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment while balancing leadership responsibilities.
  • Support clinic growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
