Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinic in
West Fort Myers, FL. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others, building a positive team culture, and delivering exceptional patient care while helping grow a successful clinic.
As Clinical Director, you'll continue treating patients while leading day-to-day clinic operations, supporting your team, and driving outstanding patient outcomes.

What You'll Do- Lead the daily operations of the clinic
- Mentor and develop Physical Therapists, PTAs, and front office staff
- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care
- Drive patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
- Partner with regional leadership to grow the clinic
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
Qualifications- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for mentoring clinicians and developing teams
