The Manager, Clinic/Center Administration plans and directs the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administration works within specific guidelines and procedures. You will apply advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems. You will receive assignments in the form of goals and determine the approach, resources, schedules, and goals.

Clinic Administrator Role Overview:
- Plan and direct the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting
- Work within prescribed guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques and approach
- Help lead implementation for staffing plans and procedures for the facility and work with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform escalated or more complex similar work, and manage a group of typically support and technical associates; coordinates and provide daily oversight to associates
- Ensure consistency in execution across team
- Hold team members accountable for following established policies.

Required Qualifications:
- You will work on-site at assigned Center(s).
- You will have 5+ years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group. This experience includes front of house management and clinical operations. Additionally, you will have direct leadership experience and coach teams.
- You will have Primary Care experience, full-risk VBC experience of state and federal healthcare regulations.
- You will have Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems and knowledge of multiple software tools.
- You will have proven skills that will enable you to interface effectively with a wide range of people, both internally and externally. This range of people includes physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations, and other health plan staff.
- You will be patient facing and run the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB.
- You will be required to adhere to Humana's flu vaccine policy.
- You will have current CPR certification Associates working in the State of Florida will need ACHA Level II Background clearance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or, in lieu of a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership experience
- Basic knowledge of Population Health Strategy
- Familiarity with Medicare
- Experience managing a budget of $500,000+

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$71,100 - $97,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
