Our Client Success TeamNoom's Client Success team partners with employers to deliver meaningful health outcomes for their employees. We support clients throughout the full partnership lifecycle-from implementation and launch through ongoing engagement and renewal-working cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience and help more people access Noom's solutions.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Client Success Associate to support Noom's Employer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone early in their client-facing career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by managing a high volume of accounts and priorities.
You'll support day-to-day account management, client launches, engagement, and renewals while learning the full client success lifecycle. Working closely with a Client Success Manager and cross-functional partners, you'll help keep accounts on track, maintain accurate client information, and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support.
You Will- Support client retention and engagement across a high-volume portfolio of Employer accounts.
- Track account health, renewal dates, launch timelines, and key milestones across your portfolio.
- Monitor accounts for early warning signs and proactively flag potential risks to your manager.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client information in CRM and account-tracking tools.
- Support new client implementations, launches, and ongoing account-management activities.
- Respond to routine client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Help drive post-launch enrollment and engagement activities.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up communications for client meetings.
- Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities across several accounts simultaneously.
- Help document and maintain scalable processes as the Client Success organization grows.
You Have- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, client services, customer success, implementation, or a similar function; experience in digital health, healthcare, or SaaS is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of accounts and competing priorities without losing track of important details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with data and basic reporting to monitor account status, milestones, and performance.
- Experience using CRM platforms and account-management or project-tracking tools.
- Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently and enthusiasm for adopting new tools as our technology stack evolves.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn the full client success lifecycle.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 20%.

The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000/year plus variable compensation - with on target earnings of ~$105,000 - $125,000/year. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
