Full Job Description
The Client Solutions & Delivery Senior Program Manager serves as the primary operational and strategic liaison between the Account Team and the Device Care Center (DCC) in Lewisville. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day coordination with on-site DCC teams, ensuring effective execution of Device Lifecycle Management operations, monitoring key supply chain KPIs and SLAs, and proactively mitigating operational risks. The Program Manager also contributes to business intelligence, reporting, and continuous operational improvement initiatives across MSO programs.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  • Onsite Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as the dedicated, day-to-day point of contact for Account Executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with MSO Device Lifecycle Management objectives. Build and maintain strong working relationships with DCC operational leadership and cross-functional partners. Facilitate clear, consistent communication between account teams, DCC operations, and supporting functions.


  • Program & Operational Execution: Oversee coordinated execution across multiple MSO initiatives and workstreams, ensuring program goals, timelines, and deliverables are met. Serve as a bridge between strategic decisionmakers, delivery teams, and on-site DCC operations. Drive cross-team alignment and support resolution of operational dependencies.


  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Coordinate analysis of client, operational, and supply chain data to generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations tracking key KPIs and SLAs across device lifecycle programs. Support financial modeling, forecasting, and device journey mapping through data collection and analysis.


  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and support process re-engineering initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational performance. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational best practices.


  • Risk & Issue Management: Manage program-level escalations, cross-project risks, and issue resolution pathways. Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans to minimize operational disruption.


What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project/Program Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years' experience managing multiple, interrelated projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relations, account management, or program leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in program management, operations, data analytics, and device lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs within a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven experience in client relations, account management, or program leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of bridging gaps between operations, technical teams and client management.
  • Strong analytical abilities to resolve issues quickly and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders as needed.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage complex programs.
  • This is an onsite position located in our Lewisville, TX Device Care Center.


Pay Range:
$103,800.00 - $173,300.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
