Full Job Description
Positions

MIO's Client Service team is seeking a highly motivated Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our global team based in New York, NY. This is a client-facing role that entails providing investor relations support to McKinsey U.S. taxpayer Partners and their immediate family members. The CSS will report to MIO's Director of Client Service who is based in New York.

Primary Responsibilities

The CSS will share responsibility for the administration of the offering process for MIO's hedge fund, through which Partners can invest in or redeem from, and for responding to general inquiries from Partners and third parties.
  • Review offering-related material from investors and assist with completion of required forms
  • Liaise with MIO Advisory team on investor suitability
  • Assist MIO counsel with review of entity formation documents to determine eligibility
  • Review and track required compliance documents
  • Work with the finance team and administrators to ensure transactions are processed efficiently for the investor
  • Engage closely with IT team on development of investor-facing applications
  • Send statements/custom letters/reports to investors and third parties upon request

Base salary range

$90,000-$90,000 USD
