This role is remote.

Join Siemens Energy as a Client Manager, where you will be the vital link between our innovative service solutions and key clients in the Compressors and Steam Turbines sectors, particularly within the Industrial and Oil & Gas markets. Imagine cultivating and strengthening customer relationships while enhancing market transparency and driving satisfaction as you represent Siemens Energy. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Your role will encompass analyzing customer contracts, conducting risk assessments, and preparing for negotiations, all while managing the entire sales process through CRM systems like Salesforce. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless service delivery and support the deployment of digital solutions for rotating equipment, positioning Siemens Energy as a leading service provider.

What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent technical studies from an accredited university; significant relevant sales experience in the energy or industrial sector may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 8+ years of experience sales/ engineering in rotating equipment industry with knowledge of turbo/reciprocating/steam applications. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
  • Proven sales experience in servicing rotating equipment, preferably in the oil and gas market, with a strong commercial understanding and direct customer interaction experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for sales forecasting and management, such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated planning skills and a self-motivated drive to enhance customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.
  • Travel 50% in the territory of major accounts (Domestic only)

For positions based in the United States, the base salary range is $93,000 to $151,000 annually, and the annual incentive target is from 10% to 70% of the base salary.
