Responsibilities
1) Account Management & Retention

- Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and intermediaries to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

- Organize client visits in accordance with service standards to build strong, long-term relationships.

- Establish business relationships with pension committees, plan sponsors, and stakeholders.

2 ) Business Development & Sales Support

- Analyze client needs to propose, design, and implement solutions that promote the business unit's growth.

- Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client goals.

- Support the sales team during short-list presentations to showcase financial wellness and reporting tools.

- Develop relationships with Group Benefits Insurance colleagues to pursue joint business opportunities.

3 ) Consulting & Analysis

- Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

- Collect and analyze data to prepare results-oriented reports and recommendations for annual general meetings.

- Research industry trends to ensure the development of best practices.

Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience; retirement and savings experience (group or institutional) is preferred.

Sales/Business D evelopment Skills: Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills with a proven record of building internal and external relationships.

Account Management: Proven ability to manage work with limited direction and effectively resolve escalations.

Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment.

Communication: Strong verbal/written communication and solid presentation skills.

Language: Professional proficiency in English.
