Relationship Manager

Partnering with Wealth Advisors to support high-net-worth clients, deliver exceptional

client experiences, and contribute to the financial planning and advisory process. This role offers a clear career path in

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by serving as a primary point of contact for clients, Wealth Advisors, and internal team members through frequent phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Partner closely with advisors to support client relationships, financial planning initiatives, and day-to-day service needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and firm professionals to research, review, and execute time-sensitive and high-priority investment-related requests.
  • Develop a strong understanding of portfolio construction, investment strategies, and risk management principles
  • Manage and facilitate the onboarding and investment implementation process for new client accounts while ensuring adherence to firm policies and procedures.
  • Support business development efforts by helping identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and attract new business.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Manage client information within the firm's technology platforms, including Addepar and other portfolio management and CRM systems.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the client experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience within the financial services industry working client facing
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth clients within an RIA, investment management firm, wealth management practice, or broker-dealer environment is highly preferred.
  • Professional designation or licensing such as CFP®, CFA, or Series 65 is a plus.
  • Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
