Overview

This role will work in-office or hybrid. Candidates must be located near Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, or Syracuse.

This role offers growing opportunities in New York State and the chance to work with a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will become a key member of our high-performing, collaborative team. We value excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Project work spans a variety of technical disciplines, primarily for clients in the power industry and those who own or operate water-adjacent infrastructure-such as dams, hydropower facilities, and navigation systems. In this position, you will lead complex projects supported by our team of highly respected subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage and grow program clients and their projects.
  • Manage multiple multi-disciplinary teams for project delivery including proposal development, project organization, health and safety, subcontract management, scheduling, financial management, and delivery quality.
  • Lead technical, cost, and scheduling decisions for interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality projects to our clients.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by understanding specific client needs and work with our team to deliver superior service.
  • Work collaboratively with other managers to proactively balance resources, anticipate potential issues and develop appropriate corrective actions to keep projects on schedule, on budget and with high quality.
  • Assess and resolve issues and/or conflicts.
  • Actively develop and maintain client relationships.

Compensation: $142,900 to $195,300 (depending on qualifications)
