As a
Senior Client Partner- Energy Utilities and Technology (EUT), you will serve as a senior business leader responsible for developing and expanding strategic client relationships while driving business growth, executive engagement, and long-term account success. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business leaders, you will help clients navigate complex transformation initiatives and align Capgemini's full portfolio of capabilities to their most critical business priorities.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, shape client transformation agendas, influence key decision-makers, and drive significant revenue growth across consulting, technology, and managed services offerings. Success in this role requires a combination of executive presence, business acumen, relationship management, sales leadership, and industry expertise, with accountability for client satisfaction, business development, financial performance, and account expansion.
As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in strengthening Capgemini's market presence, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring clients realize maximum value from their investments while helping them achieve their strategic business objectives. You will work collaboratively across Capgemini's global teams to bring the best of our organization to every client engagement and deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Your Role - Own and grow a portfolio of 1-3 strategic accounts within the Energy Utilities and Technology (EUT) industry, with overall accountability for revenue, bookings, profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies that expand Capgemini's footprint through new opportunities, contract extensions, transformational initiatives, and expanded client partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite, board-level, and senior client stakeholders, developing executive relationships that position Capgemini as a strategic business and technology partner.
- Understand client business priorities, organizational dynamics, decision-making processes, and industry trends to identify opportunities that create measurable business value.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Capgemini's consulting, technology, engineering, and managed services teams to deliver integrated, OneCapgemini solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Drive pipeline development, opportunity qualification, strategic pursuits, and large-scale Transformation opportunities while ensuring achievement of sales and financial targets
- Act as the executive escalation point for clients, partnering with delivery and business leaders to ensure service excellence, successful outcomes, and strong customer satisfaction
- Ensure Capgemini is effectively positioned across the client organization, including executive leadership and board-level stakeholders, to support major programs, strategic initiatives, and future growth opportunities.
- Lead executive governance discussions, account reviews, and strategic planning sessions while ensuring alignment between client priorities and Capgemini capabilities.
- Champion client success, business value realization, and long-term partnership growth while strengthening Capgemini's market presence and industry leadership
- Mentor and influence teams across sales, delivery, and solution organizations, fostering collaboration and driving a client-centric culture that supports sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Your Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, business development, account management, and client relationship leadership within the Energy Utilities and Technology (EUT) sector.
- Minimum 10 years of experience selling complex consulting, technology, digital transformation, and managed services solutions, with at least 5 years of recent experience selling for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 global services organization.
- Proven experience managing and growing large, strategic client relationships, preferably with organizations exceeding $5B in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding annual bookings, revenue, profitability, and growth targets in highly competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of industry business drivers, market trends, digital transformation priorities, and the factors influencing technology investment decisions.
- Established track record developing executive-level relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite, business, and technology leaders.
- Experience leading complex pursuits and selling across a broad portfolio of offerings, including consulting, application services, cloud, digital transformation, data & AI, engineering, managed services, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage business development activities while maintaining strong customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and long-term account growth.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global delivery environment, working across multiple business units, geographies, and service lines.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving pipeline development.
- Commitment to staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market dynamics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment while managing multiple priorities and strategic client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements, executive meetings, and business development activities.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 103,879 - $ 282,000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
