Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales plan in accordance with TCS growth strategy
  • Develop and manage a strategic pipeline to close total contract value (TCV)
  • Generate proactive deals and manage large accounts
  • Oversee P&L management for assigned accounts
  • Engage with CXO-level clients and nurture stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with alliance partners to co-create pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and reporting
  • Maintain continuous customer engagement and oversee delivery governance
  • Plan and execute tailored sales and marketing initiatives for the account
  • Manage team dynamics and foster talent development
  • Coordinate joint account planning with horizontal teams for mutual growth
  • Share ideas and resources across accounts to enhance CPG solutions

Full Job Description
Role: Client Partner - CPG Location: Dallas, TX Job Description: • Drive Sales Plan: TCS Growth strategy in line with organizational direction • Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure • Proactive deal generation and large deal management • P&L management of the account • CXO level engagement and relationship management. Business stakeholder engagement • Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation • Drive TCS' internal governance, compliance, and internal reporting • Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement • Prepare, plan and execute sales & marketing plans for the account • Team management and talent development • Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects and joint revenue growth • Collaborate with other accounts in unit for idea sharing, arrange references and create assets for CPG ISU Qualifications: Any Graduate MBA preferred Salary Range: $148,800- $201,300 a year #LI-AD1
