Qualifications

• Any Graduate; MBA preferred for enhanced strategic insight
• 5-7 years of experience in client management or partner relations
• Proven track record in sales strategy execution and pipeline development
• Strong understanding of P&L dynamics and account management
• Experience engaging with CXO level stakeholders and building relationships

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales plan to align with TCS growth strategy
• Develop strategic pipelines and ensure closure of Total Contract Value (TCV)
• Generate deals proactively and manage large deal negotiations
• Oversee P&L for assigned accounts and ensure profitability
• Engage with CXO level stakeholders to foster business relationships
• Collaborate with alliance partners for joint pipeline development
• Manage internal governance, compliance, and reporting processes
• Ensure delivery governance and continuously engage with customers
• Plan and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies for accounts
• Lead team management and focus on talent development
• Coordinate with various teams for joint account planning and revenue growth
