Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of education and/or relevant experience Experience: Prefer 3-5 years of progressive work experience in customer service, employee benefits, account management, sales support or HR generalist duties Professional certification required: Life and Disability insurance license for resident state within assigned hub. License must be obtained within 6 months of hire date and kept current by meeting all continuing education, payment and other state DOI requirements Knowledge & Skills: Broad understanding of insurance contracts, statutes, tax regulations and underwriting guidelines; ability to summarize or paraphrase contract language, reports and other complex subjects using plain language in both written and verbal form; effective negotiation skills; independent decision-making ability; excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills; adaptability to changing priorities; exceptional collaborative aptitude and customer advocacy; demonstrated proficiency in writing, basic Excel and math skills Travel Required: may be required based on role, assigned caseload and territory

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:
Base Salary Range: $66,000 - $111,750 + Incentive Compensation Plan
