Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a designated client book, managing their insurance needs independently.
  • Lead the renewal and remarketing process to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Provide strategic consultative guidance on coverage gaps and policy structures.
  • Oversee onboarding of new accounts by collecting and analyzing necessary underwriting data.
  • Troubleshoot complex client issues efficiently while coordinating with underwriters and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation using the agency management system.
  • Mentor junior account team members and stay updated on industry trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a designated book of clients, managing their insurance needs with minimal oversight.
  • Lead the renewal and remarketing process, coordinating with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing. Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage gaps, policy structures, and strategic insurance decisions. Oversee onboarding of new accounts, including collection and analysis of underwriting data.
  • Troubleshoot complex client issues, working with underwriters and internal teams to resolve problems efficiently. Manage endorsements, claims inquiries, audits, and other service items with high attention to detail.
  • Utilize agency management system to maintain comprehensive, accurate client records and document all servicing activities.
  • Mentor or support more junior account team members as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes impacting clients.
  • Coordinate and present an annual open enrollment meetings
