Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Client Facing Recruiter (Mid Level) to support full cycle recruitment across federal programs. This hybrid role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in fast paced, high demand environments.
The recruiter will support cleared and non cleared hiring, proposal staffing, long term pipeline development, and recruiting for cyber, cloud, DevSecOps, IT modernization, and policy/SME domains.
This position can be located in our Fairfax, VA, Huntsville, AL, or Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Maintain a full life cycle desk, balancing routine hiring needs with surge and proposal driven demands.
. Build pipelines for DHS, DOJ, FBI, and enterprise IP systems.
. Recruit technical and federal consulting talent across IT modernization, cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, and policy/SMEs.
. Participate in staffing syncs, pipeline reviews, demand plan discussions, and proposal standups.
. Support proposal hiring and staffing matrices with bid ready resumes.
. Maintain ATS accuracy and adhere to hiring compliance standards.
. Support emerging tech pipelines including AI, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and DevSecOps.
. Use AI driven recruiting technologies to streamline the full life cycle recruiting process, including proactive sourcing, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and workflow optimization.
. Apply creative, social media savvy sourcing strategies to broaden candidate reach, strengthen talent pipelines, and attract high quality cleared and non cleared talent.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 3-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
. Federal consulting or cleared recruiting experience strongly preferred.
. Strong sourcing skills with advanced Boolean knowledge.
. Detail oriented, metrics driven, and organized.
. Strong communication and client partnership abilities.
Desired
. Experience with proposal staffing or government contracting.
. Recruiting experience in cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or policy roles.
. Familiarity with DHS, DOJ, FBI, or related mission spaces.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $153,300.00.
