Anatomic Pathology Client Experience Manager to join our team, due to travel requirements this position will be based out of Washington, Oregon or California. This position will require 30-40% travel.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST
Work Location: Remote, will be based out of Washington, Oregon or California
Job Responsibilities- Supervise the day to day operations of the AP Client Experience department
- Ensure laboratory tests are accurately performed and results are reported in a timely manner
- Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel of the department
- Monitor daily workflow in the lab
- Research and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary
- Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
- Ensure all equipment is being properly maintained through Quality Control
- Prepare and maintain Quality Assurance records and documents
- Evaluate new process improvements and make appropriate recommendations
- Meet regularly with direct reports to provide coaching and feedback for their development
- Ensure all work is in accordance with state and Federal regulations
- Responsible for administering and managing policies and procedures
- Process and maintain payroll and personnel files
- Leading a multi-site team that supports providers, patients and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 5 years or more of experience in client services, operations, or laboratory support within healthcare environment
- 3 years or more of Leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications- Current or prior Labcorp experience
- 5 years or more of experience within Anatomic Pathology

- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, ideally across multiple locations
- Proven ability to drive process standardization and operational improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate persistence in driving tasks and resolving challenges.
