This is a remote position with up to 50% travel. Ideal candidates would live in the Midwest.

The Client Executive, EFT Solutions, plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships within the electronic funds transfer (EFT) sector of the business services industry. This position is responsible for delivering tailored EFT solutions that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. The role requires a strategic approach to client engagement, focusing on understanding client business models and financial processes to recommend optimal EFT products and services. The Client Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Ultimately, this role aims to drive revenue growth and enhance client retention by providing exceptional service and innovative EFT solutions in a remote work environment.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their EFT needs and business objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate EFT solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Develop and present complex pricing proposals and competitive analyses for financial institutions and negotiate contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the implementation and ongoing support of EFT services for clients.
