Full Job Description
The Issuer Services business delivers bespoke capital market transaction services to a wide variety of clients including banks, corporations, lawyers and governments around the world. Specific transaction services are delivered in connection with Corporate Debt, Structured Finance, M&A, Project Finance, Restructuring and Depositary Receipts. Issuer Services is a global business with offices located in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, UK, Ireland, Germany, Dubai, Korea, Hong Kong, India and Singapore.

The Client Executive position is available within the Issuer Services - Agency and Trust ("A&T") business located in Tampa.

The Client Executive will be responsible for managing various workstreams within the Client Services team, including directing new account implementations, investments, and managing account reviews with internal partners to ensure seamless and efficient product delivery. A key objective of the role is to engage in process development for future state solutions and automation to provide a best-in-class client experience. The role will have a specialized focus on managing the account review process, assisting with record keeping, managing specialized service offerings, and tracking invoicing implementations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work under the guidance of senior product specialists to facilitate account activations, internal and external investment activations, and entitlements for clients.
  • Maintain a proactive process to maintain complete and accurate client records, facilitating quick responses to client instructions and reporting.
  • Handle day-to-day internal and client calls on simple product and implementation sets, and direct advanced queries when needed to appropriate product partners.
  • Complete necessary documentation and manage external investment implementation processes and deliver in a timely fashion to ensure smooth client transaction closes.
  • Assist product partners by entering necessary client/transaction information into account and reporting systems and handling updates to ensure consistently accurate implementations.
  • Understand and be able to explain core products and services as necessary to respond to client inquiries and expedite solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and upkeep of client reports and remediate issues.
  • Design reports for internal use on activity, trends and performance.


PROJECTS AND DELIVERABLES:
  • Assist in implementation projects to increase efficiencies and meet modernization/digitization goals.
  • Participate with innovation efforts by working with internal/external partners as needed to develop future state implementation processes.
  • Liaise with Sales and Transaction Management team to execute delivery of service across Agency and Trust transactions.
  • Build and develop relationships across internal and external partner teams.
  • Collaborate with and support in-business risk as required.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial industry, in a position with a client facing team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Agency & Trust products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills related to client interaction, and internal team interactions
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general computer skills
  • Experience with utilizing account management systems, and other internal management systems/policies
  • Requires being detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent work ethic, self-motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's / University Degree required.
