Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue by acquiring new customers through inbound leads and targeted prospecting.
  • Deliver impactful product demos and recommend creative solutions to optimize client outcomes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with various channels to expand Mosaic's footprint.
  • Manage all aspects of the client lifecycle by clearly communicating Mosaic's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams, external partners, and clients to ensure consistent messaging.

Full Job Description
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Mosaic Consulting Group helps businesses of all sizes and across all industries leverage their investment in UKG HCM & WFM Technologies. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sales Professional to join our team. In this role at Mosaic, you would work to grow our client and revenue footprint by working with prospective clients to see how Mosaic can support their UKG Pro & Dimensions needs. We focus on a consultative sales approach that aims to identify the customers' issues and recommend a business solution to address these issues.

What you'll do:
  • Grow our revenue and provide value to our clients.
  • Acquire new customers through inbound leads and targeted prospecting.
  • Deliver impactful product demos and recommend creative ways to get the most out of the prospect's relationship with Mosaic.
  • Build relationships with various channels to expand Mosaic's footprint and drive long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Manage all aspects of the client life cycle by articulating Mosaic's capabilities and competitive differentiators.
  • Work with our service delivery teams, external partners, and prospective clients to build unique consistency in our messaging of Mosaic services, team, and core values.

How you'll be measured:
  • Achieving Sales Plan goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintaining monthly/quarterly pipeline attainment equivalent to 3x sales plan goal
  • Creation and execution of Sales Plan to exceed sales goals with scheduled Quarterly Business Review

Need to haves:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the HCM/WFM space, and eagerness to iterate on that experience in a competitive and rapidly changing market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets over time.
  • Growth mindset and considered a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to navigate fast paced, changing environments.
  • Experience as a full-cycle account executive, generating a pipeline through prospecting outbound calls, closing inbound leads, and navigating a partner selling model.

Nice to haves:
  • A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
  • Experience with UKG or other HRIS software
