Role Overview
Manage and grow strategic client relationships within the Financial Services (Insurance) sector
Act as the single point of contact for new business opportunities and ongoing project delivery
Drive revenue growth through account expansion and consultative selling
Oversee project status, risks, and governance, including participation in steering committees
Provide industry insights and recommend value-added solutions aligned with client needs
Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Required Skills
Proven experience in client partner/account management or similar role
Strong track record in business development and revenue growth
Experience in the U.S. Financial Services industry, especially insurance
Expertise in consultative selling and solution-based selling
Solid understanding of IT services and technology solutions
Experience working in a global delivery model
Ability to manage revenue forecasting and profitability
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience interacting with CIO/CTO/VP/Director-level stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in insurance transformation programs
Knowledge of digital, cloud, and data transformation
Established network within the financial services industry
Experience handling large, complex engagements
Strong "farmer" mindset (account growth and expansion focus)
Ability to provide strategic insights based on industry trends
