Full Job Description
Role Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Client Concierge Specialist to join Stand's growing customer experience team. You'll own the service experience for our high-value policyholders and broker partners throughout the policy lifecycle-from coordinating inspections and policy follow-ups to supporting renewals and managing inbound needs.

You'll help customers navigate policy requirements, assess and verify compliance, and surface insights that directly inform underwriting and retention decisions. This is a high-ownership, highly visible role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building trusted relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience to sophisticated and high-profile clientele-all while keeping a dynamic portfolio of cases moving forward.

Core Competencies (Required):
  • Proven experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing operations, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that relies heavily on technology and evolving processes.
  • Experience managing complex follow-up workflows with multiple concurrent open cases and hard deadlines
  • Clear, polished communicator who demonstrates strong judgment and professionalism when working with high-net-worth homeowners, brokers, and estate managers.
  • Experience reviewing customer documentation, verifying compliance with policy requirements, and escalating exceptions with clear, relevant context.
  • Self-directed and organized - comfortable managing a full service workload with minimal oversight
  • Adaptable and open to evolving workflows, proprietary tools, and new standards as Stand's customer experience function develops
  • Property & Casualty license (CA and/or FL) required or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire - Stand covers all exam prep and licensing costs

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience working within a high-net-worth or private client insurance environment
  • Familiarity with California or Florida insurance markets, surplus lines, or E&S carriers
  • Experience with shared inbox or contact center platforms (Front, Genesys, Zoom Contact Center, or similar)
  • Experience with customer follow-up automation, drip campaigns, or CRM workflows

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for full-time employees in this position is $65,000 to $100,000 + meaningful Equity Grant.

Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Benefits:
  • Above-market Health, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Weekly lunch stipend
  • Flexible time off + holidays
  • 401(k) plan
  • Commuter benefits
  • PAT & MAT Leave
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
  • Monthly team gatherings
  • In-office perks
