Client Business Manager - Dallas

We are seeking a commercially savvy sales professional with deep experience in commercial interiors and strong local market relationships-someone who thrives in partnership with dealers, engages confidently with A&D firms, and leads through the entire sales process with curiosity, accountability, and impact.
What You Will Do
-Lead team-based selling efforts in partnership with established Steelcase dealers across DFW .
-Develop and deepen relationships with end user customers, dealers and key regional influencers.
-Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic customer accounts (3-5 core accounts).
-Drive business development opportunities in collaboration with dealer partners.
-Partner cross- functionally with education, health, architectural and other internal teams to align strategy and execution.
-Spend the majority of time in-market-at dealer locations, customer sites, and A&D firms-representing Steelcase.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 + years of experience in commercial interiors or experience in a B2B selling environment
Desired Skills and Experience
-Proven team-based selling experience.
-Experience leading sales efforts through an established dealer partner.
-DFW based location preferred.
-Existing professional network in the Dallas market.
