Client Advisor (Sales Representative)

Estimated Earning Range: $48,200 - $158,700.

BMW of San Francisco is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our high-performing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in automotive or other high-end (luxury/high line) sales environments who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial inquiry to delivery
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of BMW products, features, and financing options
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00-$158,70.00.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on: individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. The actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
