Full Job Description
We9re looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market Sales team in San Francisco! As an Acquisitions Account Manager, you are the critical success driver for new Mid-Market clients on Reddit. Your mission is to rapidly onboard new accounts, establish a clear Test & Learn roadmap, drive campaign optimization, and achieve core client goals within the first six months. You will prove the value of the platform by ensuring our clients are set up to succeed on Reddit, and will ensure clients are in a rapid scaling mode before graduating them seamlessly to the Same Store Growth (SSG) Account Executive team. Please note that this role is required to work in person from our SF office 1-2 days per week. Key Responsibilities: - Client Onboarding & Strategy: Lead the process of them activating on Reddit for the first time by supporting them with the Business Manager and initial campaign creation processes. - Signal & Technical Foundations: Lead the signal and technical foundations to ensure all new advertisers have a strong implementation (pixel/CAPI/MMP/measurement) - Performance Optimization & Goal Attainment: Proactively analyze campaign performance data, implement a continuous Test & Learn roadmap (e.g., A/B testing creative, audience segmentation), and provide data-backed recommendations to help clients beat their initial goals. - Upsell & Revenue Scaling: Identify and secure scaling opportunities within the first two quarters by demonstrating clear ROI, leading to expanded budgets and seamless transition to the SSG team. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients are onboarded to Reddit effectively by submitting tickets to troubleshoot issues, and improve their set up and performance. - Graduation Readiness: Ensure all clients meet clearly defined Success Criteria and are positioned for high growth before formally transitioning them to the SSG Account Executive. - Monitor and analyze client account performance: The ability to articulate complex data stories in simple language to customers via meetings, presentations and emails - Organic and paid: Introduce and upskill new advertisers on Reddit Pro and Reddit's organic best practices, and create a journey for them to run across organic and paid successfully What You'll Bring: - 4-7 years of experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or Media Planning/Strategy role within digital advertising, social media, or performance marketing - Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and an organised, methodical and proactive approach to working with a high volume of clients and internal teams - Proficient in using data and working with Excel to provide insights, optimization recommendations and prove ROI - Expertise in Test & Learn and Measurement Lift methodologies and creating structured learning agendas for clients - Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem - Strong technical acumen to ensure signal foundations are determined and implemented - Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners - Tenacious and proactive approach to working through product, process, and client challenges - Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners - A passion for social media, insights, client success and partnerships Benefits: - Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs - 401k with Employer Match - Global Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving support - Family Planning Support - Gender-Affirming Care - Mental Health & Coaching Benefits - Flexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time Off - Generous Paid Parental Leave Pay Transparency: This job posting may span more than one career level.
