Full Job Description
Agile Decision Sciences, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Project Manager/Contract Lead with at least an active Secret clearance for its contract supporting the Washington Headquarters Services Integrated Technology Division (ITD). This position is onsite at The Pentagon.

The Business Systems Project Manager/Contract Lead shall be responsible for:
  • Determining resource allocations, organizing, directing, and coordinating planning and execution of all project activities.
  • Providing senior level Strategic Planning/Portfolio Management support to assist in the development and implementation of WHS/FSD Business Enterprise Applications, to include methods, processes, and tools.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of continuous integrated activities to manage portfolios
  • Providing a balanced strategy for making decisions and recommendations based on enterprise strategic planning, integrated architectures, and outcome-based performance measures to achieve desired mission capabilities.
  • Managing ITD's support program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/tasks and personnel.
  • Facilitating and managing project meetings with clients and service providers.
  • Providing LOE, schedule and progress for each project/task.
  • Working with team members, stakeholders, and service providers to regularly follow up on tasks.
  • Management of the ITD Master Project Plan.

The minimum requirements for this position are:
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or software engineering or related IT field.
  • Project Management Professional credential.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as project manager of a software engineering or IT project.
  • Three years of experience utilizing Agile project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Three years of experience as a developer or functional analyst with IBM Maximo version 7.6 or greater, desired.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
