Full Job Description
Position Summary

General Atlantic's Analysts are the foundation of our deal teams. We encourage them to bring an ambitious mindset as they gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle.

As an Analyst, you will spend 2 years working closely with our deal teams and significantly support our new investment opportunities by prospecting, conducting thematic research and supporting due diligence and deal execution efforts across all our main sectors. Successful analysts will be considered for relevant Associate roles to continue their careers at GA.

Responsibilities
  • Develop investment theses and industry expertise through research, conversations with industry experts, market mapping, and due diligence on specific investment targets
  • Provide investment sourcing, support quantitative and qualitative analysis, interact directly with entrepreneurs and management team
  • Gain exposure to multiple diligence workstreams-including financial analysis, customer research, valuation, and competitive benchmarking across the full investment lifecycle.
  • Perform proprietary research and analysis through calls and meetings with key industry participants, customers, and advisors to inform investment perspectives.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support investment due diligence and portfolio value creation.
  • Contribute to investment memoranda and materials for Investment Committee.
