Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record (no incidents in the past year)
• 9 months of OTR experience with a 53 ft tractor-trailer in the last 2 years
• Experience must not include dump truck or garbage truck
• Northern states winter driving experience required
• Must live within the hiring area as per CDL address
• Ability to start overnight shifts (7-10 PM)
• Pre-Made team option requires an existing driving partner

Responsibilities

• Drive on regional routes primarily through the Midwest and East Coast
• Manage solo and team operations with various pay rates based on experience
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during overnight driving
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks
• Handle both loaded and empty miles effectively to maximize earnings
• Adhere to strict schedules for home time (Out 21 days, home for 7)
• Contribute to the timely delivery of expedited freight
