Job Description & Summary
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients across various industries
- Leading the development and implementation of legal strategies to minimize risks and maintain compliance with regulations
- Overseeing contract negotiation and dispute resolution processes to protect organizational interests
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and enhance client engagements
- Managing legal project workflows and confirming timely delivery of services
- Developing policies and guidelines to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Utilizing analytical thinking and AI fluency to innovate legal solutions and improve service delivery
- Preparing legal documents and strategies for litigation and regulatory matters
- Promoting a culture of inclusion and teamwork within the Office of General Counsel (OGC) team
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to cultivate their potential and professional growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Law/Legal Studies, Marketing
- Leading complex mass tort, multidistrict litigation (MDL), class action, claims, and settlement programs across claims administration, litigation support, legal services, consulting, or similar professional services environments
- Overseeing claimant and case data management, Plaintiff Fact Sheet administration, litigation portals and workflows, notice campaigns, claims intake and processing, and payment or distribution administration
- Cultivating senior-level relationships with plaintiff law firms, settlement administrators, special masters, trustees, court-appointed neutrals, vendors, and other key stakeholders across the mass tort, MDL, and class action ecosystem
- Demonstrating proficiency in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive strategic legal solutions
- Leading initiatives in regulatory compliance and corporate governance
- Excelling in AI-human collaboration and digital tooling
- Developing innovative legal strategies and policies
- Cultivating potential through mentoring and leadership

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
