Ready to build projects that keep communities running? Join us as a Civil Superintendent focused on municipal infrastructure - including water and wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, and other essential public works projects.
As our Civil Superintendent, you'll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on.
• Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses
• Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs
• Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction
• Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it's required.
• Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed
• Pitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts or extended hours, to overcome challenges and meet critical milestones
Qualifications
You bring grit, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to every project. You thrive in a hands-on environment, solving problems on the fly and building trust through clear, respectful communication-even when the pressure's on.
• 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent for a general contractor on civil projects
• Proven track record managing projects valued between $1m and $30M
• Background in Municipal Infrastructure (water, wastewater, bridge, etc.) projects considered a strong asset
• Journeyman trade certification or equivalent field experience
• Willingness to be hands-on in the field and to work occasional night shifts
• Able and willing to travel and work across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and Fraser Valley
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation Transparency
$120,000 - $160,000
The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience.
