Full Job Description
Mid-Level Project Manager to support its expanding Construction and Field Services team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction and environmental professional who enjoys managing complex field projects, collaborating across teams, and contributing to meaningful infrastructure and environmental work.

What You'll Do as the Mid-Level Project Manager:
  • Manage environmental construction and field service projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, technical staff, and project stakeholders
  • Interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents to support execution
  • Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid comparisons, and project proposals
  • Develop scopes of work and technical approaches for client projects
  • Support field oversight activities in coordination with construction leadership
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate material procurement, equipment deliveries, and field logistics
  • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and compliance records
  • Prepare and update project schedules using CPM scheduling tools such as MS Project
  • Perform stormwater inspections, soil or water sampling, and air monitoring as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and client requirements
  • Travel to project sites throughout the Bay Area and occasionally support longer-term field assignments
