WHAT YOU'LL OWN- Full project lifecycle - planning, execution, client communication, financial performance
- Lead contract negotiations balancing client needs with firm goals
- Build and develop project teams; delegate to strengths and invest in growth
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project changes
- Drive client satisfaction and cultivate repeat business
- Participate in business development from your client base
- Coach and develop direct reports
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license - Colorado PE or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10+ years progressive experience with senior project management leadership
- Proven track record with land development, public infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
- Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D & Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with project management software (Deltek, Ajera, or similar)
- Strong multi-project management and stakeholder communication
- Valid driver's license, clean record
Preferred: Team leadership experience, Colorado client relationships, contract negotiation background
