Job Title: Civil Project Manager

General Summary

As a Civil Project Manager at Alta E&I, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a variety of civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This position is designed for a motivated engineer ready to take a meaningful step in their career - working across site development, grading and drainage, utilities, and roadway disciplines. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates and address client needs and expectations as they evolve.
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, designers, and support staff.
