Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and address client needs and expectations as they evolve.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, designers, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with projects.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in civil or related engineering.
- Experience in site development, grading and drainage, utilities, or roadway design; background in utilities is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
