Full Job Description
What you'll do
Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive correspondence. Appear in court, mediations, hearings, and depositions - early and often. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff across our multi-office network. Communicate clearly and directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. You'll own your cases with real autonomy, supported by a team that has your back.

What we're looking for
You're an active Florida Bar member with 10+ years of Florida civil litigation experience - including real courtroom time. You're a strong writer and analytical thinker who can manage competing deadlines without supervision. You communicate clearly with clients and hold your own against opposing counsel. You're client-focused, team-oriented, and ready to take on cases rather than shadow them. JD from an accredited law school required.

Bonus points for: real estate or commercial litigation experience, first- or second-chair trial experience, deposition experience beyond 30(b)(6) basics, or boutique/mid-size firm background.

What we offer
• $150K-$200K base - top of Florida civil litigation market - plus bonus potential
• Health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO
• CLE fully covered
• Annual all-expenses-paid firm trip (post-eligibility)
• A collaborative, multi-office Florida firm with a genuine commitment to work-life balance
• Quality-over-quantity caseload - not a volume-based billable mill
