Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to help shape our Woods Cross, Utah, office, focusing on Land Development projects. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in land development design, covering commercial and single-family projects. This individual will hold a Utah Professional Engineer (PE) license and bring proven expertise in managing projects, leading teams, and cultivating client relationships.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with other Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other staff to perform the following duties:
  • Oversee land development projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control.
  • Provide leadership to a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering growth and ensuring high-performance standards.
  • Manage and expand a client portfolio, ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public officials to ensure project success.
  • Assist with managing budgets, ensuring the financial health of projects and office operations.
  • Help with market forecasting and strategic planning to align with regional and company goals.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top engineering talent.
