Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in municipal management or related field
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a diverse workforce
• Strong understanding of local government operations and community engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the City Council's vision and goals
• Manage city departments and ensure effective service delivery
• Develop and implement policies and programs to improve city operations
• Engage with community stakeholders and represent the city at public events
• Prepare and present budget proposals and fiscal reports to the City Council
