CIB, Executive Assistant

The Difference You Make:
The CIB, Executive Assistant performs secretarial and administrative assignments of a confidential nature including, but not limited to, calendar management; scheduling meetings; booking meeting rooms; coordinating travel arrangements including booking travel tickets and settlement of related expenses. S/he also conducts
administrative and office related project functions for multiple directors/managers and their teams.

  • Creates filing systems when needed and monitors efficiency, copies/collates complex materials.
  • Circulates presentation materials and other documents for meeting attendees as appropriate.
  • Takes and relays messages and appropriately escalates calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organizes and maintains diaries/calendars/schedules and maintain responsibility for scheduling appointments.
  • Drafts emails and other documentation as instructed for review by management.
  • Prepares purchase orders as required and obtains the appropriate approvals.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$61,875.00 USD

Maximum:

$105,000.00 USD
