On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000-$95,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses), with top performers exceeding $120K+
We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing
Territory Sales Representative to join our Chilliwack team.
What You Will Be Doing?- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Cranbrook area
- Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
- Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
- Build long term relationships with members
- Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
- Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
Who Succeeds in this Role?- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
- Comfortable working in a field-based role
- Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
