We are currently looking for Chiller Technicians to join our team in multiple locations. Are you located in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL? This is a full-time, direct hire position with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the US. Relocation assistance is available!Job Details:Work Schedule: Heavy overtime in summer months with guaranteed 40 hours in winter months
Locations: Dallas, TX/ Fort Worth, TX area, Orlando, FL, and Tampa, FL
Hourly Rate: $45-$55 per hour, based on experience
Chiller Technician Duties:- Install, maintain, and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems
- Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly
- Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support sales and service team with estimating, scheduling, and coordinating projects
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Chiller Technician Requirements:- 10+ years of dedicated commercial/industrial HVAC service
- Hands-on expertise with large-scale chillers (500+ ton air-cooled, 1000+ ton water-cooled preferred)
- Factory certifications strongly valued (Daikin, Trane, York, Carrier, etc.)
- Experience across multiple industries including healthcare, data centers, manufacturing, hospitality, property management, and government clients
- Must hold a valid EPA certification
- Able to complete pre-employment screening
