Key Responsibilities- Own the technology vision, architecture, and execution of our global certification and assessment platform
- Build and scale a world-class engineering team, driving hiring, mentoring, and culture
- Architect and optimize platforms for AI certification delivery, learning systems, and analytics tools
- Work directly with the CEO, product, and business teams to align tech initiatives with market strategy
- Stay ahead of AI, ML, and blockchain trends to ensure cutting-edge innovation
- Implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective engineering practices
- Represent the tech vision in strategic collaborations and leadership meetings
Requirements- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field from a top-tier institution
- 7-15 years of technical experience with proven engineering team leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, system design, and data pipelines
- Strong track record of shipping complex products at scale
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred- Prior startup or founding experience
- Familiarity with certification or EdTech platforms
- Based in the U.S. or experienced in working with global, distributed teams
