Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Chief Technology Officer (CTO) defines and executes PSG Global Solutions' enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation strategy. The role leads PSG's transition to an AI-first operating model-turning emerging technologies into secure, scalable products and operational capabilities that improve recruiting outcomes, increase productivity, and generate measurable value for clients.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the CTO connects corporate strategy, product innovation, enterprise technology, data, cybersecurity, and operational transformation. The position partners with leaders across operations, client services, sales, finance, human resources, compliance, and global delivery to strengthen PSG's competitive position as a technology-enabled recruitment and workforce-solutions provider.
Key ResponsibilitiesVision to Execution
- Lead the delivery and continued evolution of PSG's AI-first operating model.
- Translate enterprise strategy into executable technology, product, data, and automation roadmaps.
- Lead the development and launch of Anna AI, PSG's production-grade generative voice AI platform.
- Embed AI capabilities throughout PSG's recruiting and service-delivery operations.
- Ensure technology investments produce measurable improvements in client outcomes, operational productivity, revenue, and profitability.
AI Strategy and Product Innovation
- Lead PSG's AI-first operating model and multiyear technology roadmap.
- Direct the development and evolution of Anna AI, PSG's production-grade generative voice AI platform.
- Transform AI pilots into scalable products that automate candidate engagement, screening, interviewing, scheduling, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
- Establish responsible-AI standards covering accuracy, bias, transparency, privacy, security, and human oversight.
- Measure technology investments through productivity, client outcomes, revenue contribution, and return on investment.
Architecture and Integration
- Lead PSG's Rapid Build and Integration framework for orchestrating agentic AI workflows.
- Enable integrations with applicant-tracking systems, HR platforms, client systems, and best-in-class specialist applications.
- Define enterprise architecture, data exchange, testing, deployment, reliability, and documentation standards.
- Evaluate build, buy, and partnership opportunities based on strategic value, scalability, speed, cost, and risk.
Data and Evidence-Based Leadership
- Establish an enterprise data and analytics strategy supporting AI, operational decisions, client reporting, and workforce intelligence.
- Partner with leading research institutions, including the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, to scientifically evaluate AI's impact on hiring efficiency.
- Use controlled experiments and operational data to validate new solutions before large-scale deployment.
- Translate research findings into product improvements, client insights, and market thought leadership.
Enterprise Technology and Risk
- Oversee PSG's enterprise platforms, cloud environment, corporate applications, technology services, and client integrations.
- Lead cybersecurity, data privacy, technology risk, incident response, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure technology platforms remain secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Manage technology budgets, strategic vendors, licensing, and investment priorities.
Executive and Organizational Leadership
- Advise the CEO, executive team, and board on technology opportunities, investments, and risks.
- Partner with operations, sales, and client leaders to develop differentiated technology-enabled services.
- Build and lead global teams across AI, product, data, architecture, cybersecurity, integration, and technology operations.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, responsible innovation, disciplined execution, and measurable results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Significant executive leadership experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, product innovation, or enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated success taking AI and automation solutions from pilot through enterprise-scale adoption.
- Experience with generative AI, voice AI, agentic automation, cloud platforms, integrations, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, RPO, BPO, healthcare services, or another technology-enabled service industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead global teams, manage significant investments, and communicate effectively with clients, executives, and boards.
