JourneyTeam's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) leads all revenue-generating functions across the organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CRO is responsible for architecting and executing a unified go-to-market strategy that drives top-line growth, delivers successful business outcomes for customers, and reinforces JourneyTeam's position as a premier Microsoft solutions provider. The CRO ensures consistent pipeline development, accurate forecasting, and the leadership of a high-performing sales team that serves customers to align technology with their strategic objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Go-to-Market Execution - Develop and own the end-to-end revenue strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Translate business goals into actionable plans that deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and other business units to ensure continuity across the customer lifecycle.

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team - Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier sales talent.
- Lead and mentor a consultative, value-based sales organization.
- Establish and uphold best-in-class sales processes and standards that drive positive customer outcomes.
- Oversee CRM utilization, reporting rigor, and pipeline hygiene.
- Drive performance through metrics, KPIs, and data-informed decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and results.
Drive Revenue Growth - Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and growth strategy.
- Close business aligned with JourneyTeam's core competencies and value proposition, resulting in strong customer references and repeat business.
Relationship Management - Strengthen and deepen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with evolving needs.
- Expand strategic alliances with Microsoft and other key partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling success.
Qualifications- 6+ years of sales leadership experience leading high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of driving sustained revenue growth and meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated strong alignment with JourneyTeam values.
- Strong background in enterprise sales strategy, key account management, and pipeline development.
- Experience aligning sales strategy with marketing, finance, and delivery functions in a professional services organization.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and align diverse interests around common goals.
- Ability to set and execute a long-term sales vision and growth strategy.
- Experience with strategic alliances (e.g., Microsoft) is a plus.
CompensationThe expected base salary for this position is $200,000 annually. This role is also eligible for participation in an executive bonus program, bringing the estimated total compensation range to $250,000 to $400,000, based on business results and team performance.
