Full Job Description
Position Overview:

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is an executive-level leader responsible for driving Software Finder's revenue growth by overseeing and optimizing all revenue-generating functions. This includes Business Development, Client Fulfillment, and Customer Success. The CRO will develop and execute holistic growth strategies that maximize customer lifetime value, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure alignment across revenue departments. The CRO will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other executive leaders to guide the company's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute an integrated revenue strategy aligned with the company's short- and long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Business Development, Client Fulfillment, and Customer Success teams.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable revenue targets and OKRs across all revenue streams.

Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Inbound/Outbound Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment on revenue initiatives, lead generation, product-market fit, pricing, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to guide overall business planning, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies.

Team Development & Culture
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across revenue functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Customer Lifecycle Optimization
  • Oversee the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
  • Drive initiatives that improve customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion.

Revenue Operations & Reporting
  • Build robust systems and processes for forecasting, tracking, and reporting revenue performance.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and optimize sales and customer success strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior revenue-generating leadership roles, with a track record of driving consistent revenue growth, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-based organizations.
  • Strong understanding of business development, client delivery, and customer success functions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and aligning them toward shared revenue goals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and revenue operations systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
