About the Role

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key executive leadership role reporting to Precor's President & GM of the Commercial Business Unit. This leader will define and execute the global commercial strategy across a dual-brand portfolio within the commercial fitness equipment industry, with responsibility for accelerating sustainable revenue growth, strengthening market position, and enhancing customer engagement across global markets.

The CRO will oversee revenue growth across direct sales, distributor channels, and subscription-based offerings while aligning sales, marketing, product management, and customer engagement strategies to support long-term business growth and market expansion. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to optimize go-to-market performance, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure commercial priorities are aligned with broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic leadership and operational execution, with experience leading complex, multi-channel commercial organizations in a dynamic global environment. This executive will play a critical role in driving commercial transformation, building high-performing teams, and strengthening customer and partner relationships across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global commercial growth strategy across multiple brands, channels, and regions.
  • Cultivate and expand market opportunities, customer segments, and growth priorities across commercial fitness, hospitality, government, and related verticals.
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies across direct, distributor, and recurring revenue models.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish revenue targets, commercial KPIs, and long-range growth plans.
  • Lead global sales strategy, account management, channel development, and pipeline performance.
  • Build scalable sales processes, forecasting discipline, and revenue operations capabilities.
  • Strengthening distributor and partner relationships across international markets.
  • Develop high-performing commercial teams through strong leadership, accountability, and talent development.
  • Oversee brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, pricing strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and revenue objectives.
  • Establish customer feedback and market intelligence processes to inform business decisions and improve customer experience.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align product roadmap priorities with customer and market needs.
  • Support successful commercialization and launch strategies for new products and subscription offerings.
  • Contribute market insights and competitive intelligence to product planning and portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in progressive commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing global revenue exceeding $300 million
  • Experience leading multi-channel B2B go-to-market organizations in manufacturing, industrial, consumer durable, fitness, wellness, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue and leading global commercial operations.
  • Experience with distributor networks, strategic partnerships, and subscription or recurring revenue models preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA preferred but not required for candidates with a proven track record of executive leadership
  • Proficiency with CRM, analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strategic and results-oriented leader with a commitment to team development and operational excellence.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing commercial organizations.
  • Ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborative leadership style with strong cross-functional influence.
  • Ability to present complex commercial data clearly to Board-level stakeholders and build rapport with global partners.
  • Comfort operating in dynamic, growing, and evolving environments.


Base salary range: $325,000-400,000

The pay range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual pay offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
