How you'll make an impact in this roleFormulate and oversee the organization's planning, policies and practices in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Participate in development of the organization's vision, policies and short- and long-term objectives.
- Develop, implement and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions.
- Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, executive leadership, management, stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
