- Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborates to establish control systems for accountability.
- Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Masters Degree preferred
- Prior experience leading operational functions in a hospital setting
- Skilled at physician relationship building
- Proven ability and success growing clinical service lines
- Growth-oriented executive with a demonstrated ability to scale and drive business performance
- Experience managing infrastructure projects in hospital or healthcare settings
