  • Manage and execute special projects on behalf of the CEO across departments (e.g., strategy, ops, client success, people)
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, client engagements, and internal strategy sessions
  • Own CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and daily workflow-ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Track progress on company-wide initiatives and follow up with accountable stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the CEO's office and internal teams, partners, and clients
  • Draft executive-level presentations, communications, and strategic documents as needed
  • Anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and proactively handle issues before they escalate
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and trusted liaison representing the CEO's tone, priorities, and expectations
Qualifications & Experience

  • 8-12+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Senior EA, or Strategy/Operations role supporting C-suite leaders
  • Experience in a fast-growing company, preferably in healthcare, tech, or professional services

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in executive-level interactions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar business experience is a plus
What You Bring

  • A blend of strategic thinking and operational execution
  • Professional polish, presence, and the ability to influence without authority
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-things-done mindset
