Full Job Description
Location: San Francisco, CA

Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week

Industry: AI infrastructure / conversational AI

Compensation: Competitive base and OTE, commensurate with experience
The Opportunity

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly alongside the CEO of a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup, operating as a high-caliber generalist across strategy, operations, and execution. This is a high-agency, high-trust role for someone who thrives on ambiguity and outsized ownership.

You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, stepping into the highest-priority problems wherever the business needs them most.
Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with the CEO on strategy, operations, and special projects.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Bring structure and rigor to decision-making and planning.
  • Operate as a force multiplier across the leadership team.
  • Take on high-priority problems wherever the business needs them.
Requirements
  • Exceptional caliber and range, with the ability to operate across strategy and operations.
  • A background such as top-tier finance, consulting, or operations, often paired with an MBA.
  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Experience at a pre-Series C startup preferred, with a track record of wearing multiple hats.
  • Able to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
