  • Facilitate alignment across key leadership stakeholders on shared business priorities and decisions. Lead or support enterprise level initiatives including portfolio optimization, M&A support, and transformation programs.
  • Design and manage governance frameworks that enhance disciplined decision-making, transparency, and accountability.
  • Operate with discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters and organizational challenges.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks while proactively removing barriers to execution.

To be considered for the Chief of Staff role, you will need:

  • Proven ability to operate independently, synthesize complex information, and drive decision-making at senior levels.
  • Strong executive communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), including experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience creating or managing governance processes, operating rhythms, or strategic planning activities.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial and risk awareness, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate ambiguity, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or a similar role is preferred.
